Terms & Conditions

By renting vehicles from PapaJii s.r.o., you agree to the following terms:

All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and prior booking confirmation.
You must provide valid government-issued ID (passport or ID card) and be of legal driving/riding age for the chosen vehicle.
Vehicles must be used responsibly, following Slovak traffic laws, road safety regulations, and EU vehicle standards.
Helmets are mandatory for scooters and recommended for bicycles. Failure to comply may result in liability for accidents.
Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as rented. Late returns may incur additional fees.
All personal data collected for booking or communication purposes is handled in compliance with GDPR.
PapaJii s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe behavior or violation of local regulations.
